Velocity 2012: Jesse Robbins, “Changing Culture & Being a force for Awesome”
I first ran across Jesse Robbings as a user of Chef for infrastructure automation. He has a great backstory and has a perspective that provides some very good insight!

When trying to make change say that it is just a short term experiment. Get your boss onboard, so that they can be that first champion for you. Remember, changing culture takes time!!!
